These terms cover the CONTAMINE presentation website and its project-enquiry form, operated by THE GLO DIS SRL.
Descriptions of observation records, maps and referrals explain the intended approach. Environmental reporting, photo uploads and platform referrals are not available on this website.
Using this website and its contact form
You can browse without an account. Use the contact form for genuine project enquiries, information requests and concerns about this website. Provide contact details you are entitled to use. Do not send threats, impersonate someone, knowingly fabricate information, or include unnecessary private details about other people.
An ordinary observer does not need scientific certainty to ask a question. Describe uncertainty honestly rather than presenting a suspicion as an established finding.
Information and its limits
A community observation is not a determination by CONTAMINE that contamination, an offence or responsibility has been established. Checks for completeness or publication suitability would not constitute scientific confirmation.
Satellite-derived information, CONTAMINE’s own technical outputs and external findings must be read according to their source, date, method and scope. CONTAMINE’s own analysis remains its own output. The information does not certify drinking-water quality, safe access, dam stability, legal compliance or a responsible party. Absence of a report or displayed change is not a finding that a location is safe or unaffected.
Investigations, referrals and emergencies
A project enquiry does not commission a site visit, sampling programme or investigation. Any separately arranged fieldwork would need lawful access, appropriate expertise, a defined method and resources.
The intended reporting approach would distinguish submission, publication, transmission, acknowledgement and response. Uploading would not itself constitute an official complaint. A recipient would assess information under its own remit and procedures, without a guaranteed reply, investigation or outcome.
Forwarding information would not transfer CONTAMINE’s own legal duties. This website is not an emergency service; see official reporting and emergency guidance.
Enquiries and rights in content
Enquiry correspondence is handled as explained in the privacy information. Sending an enquiry does not give CONTAMINE permission to publish your message or use it in unrelated advertising or model training.
You retain your rights in material you provide. Do not send material you are not entitled to share. Website illustrations and text, and any identified external material, remain subject to the rights of their respective holders. No ownership of future uploads is claimed by these terms.
External sources and links
External findings are identified by their source, date and stated scope. Hosting or summarising them would not imply that CONTAMINE performed their investigation or independently verified every conclusion. Linked websites have their own terms and information practices; a link does not establish a partnership or endorsement.
Corrections and content concerns
Use the contact form to identify a page or passage that appears inaccurate, infringes rights or exposes personal information. Explain the concern and provide relevant supporting information without adding unnecessary personal details. No public account is required.
A concern will be considered according to the available information and applicable duties. These terms do not promise a specific response deadline or require scientific confirmation of every allegation. They do not set a publication licence or moderation procedure for an observation platform that is not available here.
Availability and responsibilities
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. These descriptions define its scope; they do not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove users’ mandatory rights. No blanket waiver, automatic indemnity or liability cap is imposed here.
